Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order may already be in the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If your order is canceled within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take great care to package our products securely. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email feelmass2000@gmail.com with a photo of the damage, and we will determine whether you are eligible for a replacement. Please note, we do not refund or replace items damaged by normal wear and tear or misuse.
